I just visited Kazakhstan for 3 weeks and am now sitting at a Starbucks in Deutchland.

How crazy is that?

Nikka I'll be flying over your house again somewhere around 2:15 pm. I know I texted you before I left and right after I seemed to recall your mom having a small fit over people texting you because it cost like a dime or something then I felt slightly bad. So this time I'm just going to tie a note saying hello to a rock and drop it out the window.

I fell down a flight of stairs and hurt myself pretty badly. Both ankles are hurting, particularly my left one, both knees, my hip, and my lower back. I'm so lucky I didn't break my ankle.

geez, that sucks shanae. feel better!

so my parents got a new puppy last week. second day we had her, she got really sick - wouldn't eat, upset stomach, lethargy - and so the pet shop took her back to take her to the vet (i wasn't thrilled about getting a pet shop dog, never know where they're really from, but it was my mom's choice).

anyway, we're supposedly getting her back monday because she's feeling better. but i really hope this doesn't indicate any long-term stomach problems :\

she's a really sweet pup - 10-week-old yellow lab. we've named her sammy. and man do i miss her.

so we get the puppy back today, but she needs medication for 10 more days. i have a feeling she's sicker than they're telling us.
