I'm just afraid we're way too late to slowly phase in anything.


Pretty much every non hybrid/electric/fuel cell needs to be taken off the market in the next five years, but that's a pipe dream.

true.. very true
although at the same time allowing for the status quo based on that idea is even worse in the long run so anything that results in improvement will, at the very least, slow down the inevitable rather than hasten it which is also good
