Calling all people who are good with photoshop!

Anyone interested in doing a bit of work for me? Well bascially what I need is to have my new addition to my signature shrunk down to this size:

H=70
W=65

I can do this myself, but when I do, all the lettering become fuzzy and distorted. So would anybody be able to shrink the image all the while avoiding the fuzziness?
