My food/drink intake today: water, Boost, coffee x2, jello, tomato soup, and frozen yogurt.
I'm so hungry
drink a lot of boost and try some lentil soups
just drink the liquid and make sure the lentils are well boiled
that keeps your protein intake high and keeps your energy levels high
i had jaw surgery bout 8 years ago... i managed to only lose umm 10 lbs during the 5 or so weeks i was wired shut
thanks for the suggestions
Having braces will just be a warm up for getting my wisdom teeth extracted, and then my jaw surgery later on.
and hhmm... I could stand to lose a few pounds, maybe this won't be so bad
no prob
i had jaw surgery as mentioned.. went thru the braces thing
and i seemed to be allergic to the painkillers they gave me
and the only kind they could give me for some reason
anyways it sucked and being hungry on top of the pain is never good so yeah

...it'd be really cool if chocolate prevented cancer.

I tried pasta yesterday (I even overcooked it to make it extra mushy) and I couldn't do it.
I miss having pasta and meat and bread and pizza and vegetables, etc.
I hope the soreness goes away soon so I can have a normal meal.

I'm not allowed to eat anything else.
I had a really big dinner and I need to stop munching.
I hate being depressed, I eat and eat...
This is why I'm so fat.

But the last thing I ate was an english muffin with peanut butter. And then I took my Effexor. I don't want to take it anymore.
