yaya it's 3:30. Sandy heard it announced yesterday and I emailed the station to confirm... they got back to me within minutes saying that it's 3:30. And they also wanted to make it very clear that "Raine will be on the phone, not in the studio" so that girls don't come down to the station looking for him
