I... I think the CM's getting younger. :uhh: I swear the last time we had this thread there were more people older than me. Anyway...

They probably just do the same thing as ezBoard and use the year, ignoring the month/day.

ge determined i was 25
and therefore no longer elligble for health coverage under my dad in the states when i turned 24
he asked them why given.. you know. i was 24 and they cited company policy
and that was i was clearly 25
