She probably uses Photoshop or PSP. Thats my guess anyway.

Actually it's just MS PictureIt. I want Photoshop though..

Someday, I'll get around to doing Clumsy and Happiness eras. In fact... it's been quite a while since I've done any South Park characters... I may do one now.

Well, first I use the South Park character generator (thing's a TON of fun if you've never used it before: http://www.comedycentral.com/southparkgames/character/)... I make them up to look the most like the person as possible, then do a screencap (Print Screen), stick it in Paint Shop Pro, then add more personalized features, fix colors up some, etc. Takes quite a long time, but that's cos I'm a perfectionist.
