Well, first off it's a crappy movie with Hulk Hogan in it, and by crappy, I mean so bad that it's funny to watch.

Second, it's supposed to be a wrestling term that means anything is allowed, hence, the no holds barred thing.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

And yes, I do mean in a sexual way. You explained the movie perfectly! I bought it for 2 bucks used from a video store like 3 years ago. Man is that movie awesome. Hogan wears his tights everywhere...

Yeah, he fought and beat Zeus in the ring, then was able to rescue the beautiful Miss Elizabeth! You had to pull for Hulk, his trainer was paralyzed too, so you can't not root for him.

Actually his brother was in a wheel chair and neck brace cause he went and got beat up by Zeus in some warehouse!

oh yeah! because he really like jelly beans or something. oh man. oh yeah, and mr. myagi from the karate kid was in them too. too bad i sold the first one at a garage sale, otherwise i would totally watch that right now.
