OLP X-MAS(Holiday songs)

Post by Tattooed Angels »

okay here is a weird one for you. We are always discussing what songs we like OLP to do. What bands we like ot hear do OLP songs, etc. I will go one better. My friend and I were talking the other night joking around if OLP ever did a Holiday record or remake a classic.

I am curious to know how would you feel if OLP wrote a holiday song or recorded one for a disc.

I said I love to hear Raine do Silent Night or Winter Wonderland(standard)

remakes-
War Is Over-Happy Xmas( John Lennon) and we know what a big JL fan Raine is
CHritmas Wrapping(waitress)
Baby Please Come Home

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

Definately Little Drummer Boy. It would be awesome to hear Jer improv on the drum line.

i just had to do frosty. can you imagine the 'thumpety thump thumps'? it could turn into a very glorified version of raine's birdman molestation. i can't imagine them ever doing that, mind you.

however, i can definitely see them doing war is over. that...would be freaking amazing.

and one last thing. o holy night. that has falsettos, right? or you can throw them in somehow? i have a weird feeling it would work with raine's voice.

I see alot of you agree with me with Happy X-MAS(War Is Over) -which is the correct title of the John Lennon song.

I just thought of another song that I would hit the floor if OLP did. WHAM's Last X-MAS( I was buying X-MAS cd's today). Can you see Raine singing that.?

You are all very truly wrong.

The true winner of this poll should be "Carol of the Bells". Could you see OLP doing that? I'd fffffffudging love it.
