"Evil prevails when good men do nothing."
That was Einstein right? (see how good my quotes are, I know he said that or something vert similar)

I'm sure Hitler used that "Evil prevails..." quote to rally his troops, too.
I like this one better. I made it up myself:
"Evil prevails when good men don't think for themselves."
"evil" is a subjective notion. What's evil to you isn't evil to the PLO.
independent thought is the anti-war. if the palestinains weren't blindly following arafat and the americans weren't blindly following the nWo, i suspect we'd be a lot closer to the fictional notion of "world peace"

Here is the quote from Einstein that I thought Corey was using:
The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don't do anything about it.
Albert Einstein

ah ic, i also agree with Doug's quote as well, it's very true. I don't believe Bush is an evil man at heart, he doens't get up in the morning and say, lets spread pain and strife through the world. He's just an ignorant man.....even many conservitives must admit he's a ignornat man

How is he ignorant. I would argue that Chirac, Schroeder and his buddies are ignorant. Bush understands the threat that terrorism and tyrants are to the world. Others don't see it.

and george bush was pushed through university, called the prime minister of Canada "Mr. Poutine" (that's fries with cheeze and gravy). He also seams to be ignorant of history and geography. He has his advisers read him the reports in most cases because he can't be bothered
