it's a catchy enough name to work. stupid, but catchy. plus, you know the "ii" in there actually means "good" in japanese

well, at least they kinda changed the name, (my favorite) playstation did just change the 2 for a 3, sounds like a sequel to a film! not too cool either !!!

For those of you "in the dark", they chose "Wii" because its similar to "We", which is universal, no matter who you are or where you live.

They also found that the name, "Revolution" would not be able to be pronounced appropriately, in many of the Nintendo markets.

I'm getting Japan, etc.........probably come out, "Levorution" or somethin'.
