Go on the krispy kreme diet. That oughta gain you at least 900 pounds.

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

I also don't want to die at the end of the diet.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh right now?

Reza, grab some weights and start working out. Muslce will put weight on you. I've gained close to 30 pounds of muscle in like 2 or 3 months from gym.

whoa lol ok...
and you're 18? I would definitely assume that you'll gain 20 pounds in the next 8 months just because of gradually filling out. Other than that I would recommend trying to eat 3000 calories a day, but not in junk. Try and eat 4 meals a day instead of 3. You won't gain 90 pounds in such short time, but if you seriously want to be in the RCMP I would be in the gym for 2 hours a day too if I were you. A guy at 5'11 should be around 160-180 pounds, so it's not like you don't have the frame to develop that type of weight.

if you're wondering, the reason I'm saying this is because I was on a nutritional diet while I was playing hockey to help build muscle for that, so I'm just telling you everything I was told by my nutritionist.
