memory loss(?)

I lose things constantly.

I'll just put something down somewhere and then I'll have no idea where I put it.

I have that problem too, I have a good memory, but if I'm holding something, usually I'll start thinking of something of something else I was going to do then focus on that and put the object down without remembering where I put it.

i think i used to have a pretty good memory, but it just seems to get worse every day.

i used to have a memory once
but then i got old
and senile
and depressed
and medicated for the aforementioned depression
and that didnt work
so more meds
those didnt work
so more meds
then i got electrocuted repeatedly
that seemed to work somewhat
now i have a mushy thing in my head

I have an average if not above memory when it comes to most things, like facts. If I bother to listen in class then I'll usually always get good test grades. But when it comes to remember things that I'm supposed to do (homework, getting a book out of my locker, etc.) or not leaving something behind, I really really suck.
