Working at the bank, I always get the line "I've been banking here for 20 years!"
I've been working here for 2 months. I don't know you. Just fork over your damned ID so I can give you your fucking money. There's a reason the bank has SECURITY measures to PROTECT YOUR MONEY! If someone else came in and cashed YOUR cheque, you'd come in and bitch that we didn't check for ID.
I also can't stand people who come into the bank, wait in line for twenty minutes, bitch about how busy it is, then pay a phone bill that's not due until the end of February (which can both wait for a very long time AND be done online, over the phone, or at the ATM).

i hate when people yelled at me and told me i was wrong when i said they had to buy a drink when they used the stamps when we were phasing them out when it says right on the sign right in front of them that they do. GAAHHH
