Someone Please Help me -new to this

I am new to this site so sorry if this question has been asked somewhere & I did not see it. I am trying to open the Holiday Greeting - I could not find it on here. I could not get the link from ourladypeace.net to open. Could someone tell me what program it should be opened in.

You downloaded it and you can't open it? Or you can't even find the file?

Well when you come from a shady sounding place called "Grimsby" come on just say it with me "Grimsby" that's gotta be one of the shadiest sounding places around... I couldn't see anyone from "Grimsby" not being shady...
