Yes! Bush finally admitted the war on terror cannot be won. He's tried to backtrack but it's too late. Everyone, it looks as though Bush's war will never end in his heart. God Bless America.

I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

it was never going to be won. Its an unwinnable war. However, it is a war we must fight. There will always be martyrs of Islam and what ever other religion people decide to represent.

I think we all knew it could never be won. That doesn't mean you stop trying to make things better.

I just think its great that the US president has admitted that they cannot win a war. We all knew the truth, it's just nice to see the president say this as well.

I agree that terrorism must be stopped, but the USA has done nothing but supplying reasons for these attacks. Look from within, not without.

Ha, I almost bought that book or one similar to it for Nikki at Christmas time. But then I remembered she doesn't read.

I've noticed that she seems to ignore what people are actually talking about in each thread...

Wow Bush is so stupid.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

War never has a winner, innocent people always die. But above and beyond that, the "War on Terror" has brought descrimination and division between Christianity and Islam. I hate it when people insinuate that Muslim = Terrorist. People need to learn Solidarity. Without it the world will never be at peace.

Thats the biggest load of crock and bull I've heard in a while.

1) I agree, but sometimes war is necessary.

2) Christianity and Islam have always been divided. A great early example of this is the Crusades.

3) Solidarity will never be achieved. It's a nice thought to have. Unrealistic to ever expect it to happen.

4) The world will never be at peace. Religion will make sure of that. As for the "War on Terror". It has always existed. However, now, it has a name

it's sad how long that list was an it stilldidn't cover everything. My question is how can anyone look at all that and even try to defend him? Sure being republican is fine, but vote for another republican.
