Saddam bitchslaps court

Post by mosaik »

I haven't seen any video but from the transcripts and news articles i've read it sounds like this trial is going to be some good television.

everytime he says "i didn't do it" the whole iraq situation just gets worse for america.

i actually find myself cheering for him... he's very well spoken and intelligent. a much more charismatic and likeable speaker then good ole GW.

it's going to be interesting.

He also called the Kuwaitis "dogs" and said they deserved what they got. Supporting Saddam? Doesn't sound very anarchist to me....

I think he means that in a American govt. vs Saddam case he favours Saddam. Personally I think I'm the same, as Bush should be tried for war crimes and if Saddam has to be put to trial than so should Bush.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

bush should be tried for war crimes, but you know he won't, and isn't saddam still claiming to be the president of iraq? and whatever happened to bush's hunt for osama?

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

Please proof-read posts. When keep leaving out words it confusing.

See? :P

Bush should be tried for war crimes, but he won't be. Of course Sadam is still claiming to be the president of Iraq. If the US was taken over by Etheopia, Bush would still claim to be the president ... no matter how many Etheopian children are in office.

america has too much influence on iraq to be counted out of the trial.

they'll intercede as much as they have to.

Does it really matter anymore? Honestly, does it?

Bush did what he said he wanted to do, liberate those Iraqis, not to mention that we're not trying Saddam, so why bother discussing?

What this is just going to turn into is a "Bush is evil" thread (which I agree with,) so why not just go to the Farenheit 9/11 thread and have fun there?
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

As soon as you find proof that he killed his own people.

Well he's killed hundreds of his own men by putting them in a war based upon a lie. I don't know about you but no matter how you put it, a death is a death.

So that's the same thing as ordering the release of sarin gas on a specific religious group living in your country that doesn't even know its coming?
