So I'm sitting in the Physics Society lounge earlier today studying for the exam I had at 3:30pm today on Lagrangian Mechanics (if you don't know what that is, just appreciate that it's an honors physics course). One of my good friends rushes in, points to me and another friend of mine (studying for the same exam) and says "come here, you want to see this!" She presents to me this question from a (to me) random textbook on mechanical systems. Apparently our prof was really free about answering questions about all other systems the students asked her about, except the one presented in the aforementioned question. My prof said several times that this question was "a very good question" and that my friend should "go and do the question" because it's "a very good question". So I take the hint and I solve the question (which was fairly hard), figuring that it's good practice anyway. Then it's 3:30pm and I open the exam to see almost the exact SAME QUESTION. . . . . . I've never felt so good about a final exam before.
