What are you talking about?
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

OMG how many more people are gonna bring up Michael Moore in this forum. We have almost all agreed that the guy is a lunatic. Lets not give him any more publicity than he already has.

I think he felt that Moore was an idiot and therefore we all must think the same...

yeah, seeing as how none of his detractors have actually read either of his books, they have a hard time disproving any of the books sources. As for bowling, get over it, no one is talking about it in this forum

Wow, very intriguing........I was hoping to read stuff where people were saying that Moore is insane.

After watching "Bowling", I realize even more how rediculous this country can be. My fiance and I want to move to Canada.

Hearing about the murder rate in freakin Sarnia only made me realize. It's pretty crazy when people in Sarnia say "ummm.....I remember a murder like 15-20 years ago". And then there's Minneapolis, where there is a murder every 3 days.

I would like to see a comparison done to see what the ratio is between the 2 countries. Canada has a much smaller population obviously. These numbers aren't representative of the truth. There are obviously many other factors as well. Anyone wanna look up that kinda data to get a better idea of how different it really is?

That about what I thought. So if you want to move to Canada for 0.03 murders per 1000 be my guest. There are PLENTY of advantages to the US over Canada that I would take over a measly difference in the murder rate anyday.

That's a 2% chance of being murdered as opposed to 5%. In terms of numbers of people, that is a lot.

Shit, I can tell you I can't leave my house unless I know all my doors and windows are locked. But then again, I live in the outskirts of Detroit too.
