I concur.
I wouldn't leave impresssionable children under the influence of a killer. I don't see the good in, even if she is their mother.

i thought the point of this was that if the parents reversed, the dad would never get a glimpse of those kids again. cause that's the truth...

ya I agree that there is a definate problem with the mother getting joint custody. That isn't right. In my opinion the neighbours or if any aunts/uncles come forward should get custody of the kids. Or at least give the neighbours temporary full custody of the children until a suitable family member can claim them. The neighbours would just have to co-operate with the grandparents in terms of visitation, but I don't see why that would be a problem. No need for the judge to determine which holidays and weekends they can be with them.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

another good suggestion, but I'd assume the child is in good care with the neighbours and is comfortable with them
