"Men with Brooms"

Anybody seen the movie Men with Brooms? It's a Canadian movie about curling and during the trailer and in the movie they play OLP's song Life. It's a good movie but there really isn't any big stars except Leslie Nielsen (his character is actually funny and not just in the usual goofy way), so see it... 'cuz I said so :nod:

that movie sucked serious ass in so many ways but the fact they made a movie about curling is just funny :lol:

i thought the movie would be hilarious, i mean..a movie about curling, and the charecters and stuff.

but then it just...sucked! :lol:

i had a pass for a sneak preview to that movie :mad:

some random guy @ the theatre gave it to me. and then i didn't go. :mad:

I have a yearning to see this and Century Hotel. Does "Men With Brooms" have a decent plot? Maybe I'll rent it this weekend, since I have nothing better to do besides watch movies and write pointless musings.

its about a curling team forced to come together and play in a bonspiel w/ a rock that contains the ashes of their dead coach
or something like that

its a canadian one that was sposed to be 'the canadian movie' but failed miseraly.
