Actually, I think you have to uninstall the normal kazaa before klite can even be installed.
Klite came around because Kazaa had a nasty little clause tucked into it's ToS that basically said at any time the people who own Kazaa can come in and use your memory and bandwidth for whatever they like. It's also loaded with spyware and tracking software. Klite takes all that nasty stuff out.
So even if you didn't have to uninstall kazaa heavy, it's a good idea to do so, and run ad-aware after.

A friend of mine suggested to use Filetopia.. so I downloaded it, but don't understand it. I rarely find any songs I want, and when I do, I'll click on it, but nothing will happen. Does anyone else use Filetopia and do you like it? or should I download kazaalite?
I used winMX all day yesterday because people have told me that as long as I don't have any files open for sharing, I should be safe.. but I'm scared to use that too much.

104 fucking instances of spy-ware on my computer. How the fuck do you get 100 files and 4 folders of spy-ware on your computer? That's next to fucking impossible.

I am horrible sometimes when it comes to computers, so I need some serious aid here. I downloaded KaZzA Lite, but I have my old shared folder from my KaZzA with all the songs in it that I would like to move to KaZzA Lite. Where do I put them and how? Thanks in advance.

When you took off kazaa it should have left your shared folder. Then you dl'd your lite it should just keep the one you already have. If not...let it make the one it wanted to, and just move all your songs from your old shared folder into that one.
