I'm kinda weird when it comes to health. Lets start with my diet: I absolutely despise junk food. I wont eat much candy other than maybe gum and the occasional chocolate bar. Oh and I won't even touch soda.

I'm also one of those people you'd be suprised by how much I eat. And I'm still skinny, the metabolism is definately kicking in there.

Excercise... im maybe doing the minimum requirements, occasionally i go swimming and I go to martial arts classes.

So overall, you might think I'm pretty healthy if it werent for my one crutch: I'm glued to the computer, making me completely immobile for the whole day until dinner comes. I guess the inactivity sort of puts of the healthy lifestlye I would have going for me, plus it screws up my eyes. Thanks a lot CM! :P

Why won't you touch soda?? I LOVE Coke. MMM. Even though I do drink wayyyy too much. Yessir. Yesterday though, I realized that I don't like it as much as I used to. Right now my headache is telling me otherwise. Good to be healthy though.

Salad is yummy! But onions and ranch are both disgusting. It's all about the Italian or Vinagerette. Newman's Own, preferably.

Ok, Mechanical Thought. I'm gonna kick your trash all the way to Mexico! YOU are not fat at all. Ok? Alright, I'm glad that is settled.

I hate chips, especially Lays, aw man disgusting. All sodas i find too sweet and artificial.

crutons are GREAT.
we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

I don't watch what I eat at all, but I try to exercise regularly. From late Aug. to Dec. I have marching band (practically a sport at Michigan, heh), then the rest of the year I run and rollerblade.

I don't drink soda either, but that's because I hate carbonation, and when you get rid of the carbonation, the beverage is...sweet and artificial.

I'm an insane health freak. I've become boring. I have to excercise, play sports, work out etc... I hate fast food now and stuff... It's weird, I won't even drink pop because of all the sugar and calories... I still like to eat though, but sometimes I diet, depends on what I'm trying to achieve...

Yep, no more chips for me either. Too salty. As for pop, the doctor said that I can drink it again so I'm excited ... I have been craving a diet Coke for a couple weeks now. mmmmm

Marching band...lol.

I still drink my Coke a day. I don't care...if I can't have a damned Coke then life is not worth living.

I did an hour of cardio today! Wooo....

Hey question for you health nuts...is there a special way you can breath to make your workout more effective? I know that the amount of oxygen your muscles get contributes a big part of how much weight you lose.

It kinda sucks for me when it comes to fast food because I work at Dairy Queen and I can eat as much ice cream and fast food as I want. I am really suprised that i haven't gained like 100 pounds but I love ice cream it is one of my weaknesses. But I do play a lot of sports and excersis a lot so it makes up for it.
Undecided ;)
