go to the desktop and right-click, select properties, hit the settings tab. your video card's name will be in there.

it sure is... it must be your CPU then. I can't remember how to check that though. I know it'll show it while you're booting up though. it'll say "Pentium III processor at [so many] MHz" or something along those lines.
