it's a shame tampa didn't pull through. i would have loved to have seen a anaheim vs. tampa final. that would've been one for the books.

lecavilier is one smooth skating mother fucker too.. heh.. he just looks so casual when he skates and yet has breakaway speed.. its nuts.. (this is based on when i saw him 'n brad richards play junior against the mooseheads)

speaking of the mooseheads.. j.s. giguere (former moosehead) is playing awesome right now against the wilds.. and the mooseheads are on the verge of winning the QMJHL championships for the first time in team history (they came close with gigger in nets tho)
go fuck yourself.

speaking of moose, the ahl manitoba moose(vancouver's farm) knocked off the number 2 seed and now has come back from down 3-1 to tie the number 1 hamilton bulldogs. branden reid of the canucks got sent down, he played 9 playoff games for the nucks this year and now gets a shot at the calder cup

interesting
altho i do think the ducks/wild are just gonna turn out to be the equivalent to last years hurricanes squad..
theyre gonna go the distance but thats it

this is the year for the east
the sens can knock off either team.. (if they get by the devils)
anytime you have martin havlat as your 3rd line winger.. you know you have depth.. i mean.. ottawa's right side is stacked.. hossa, alfredson and havlat.. they have toughness in varada, smolinski and neil + rob ray.. they have depth.. they have defensive depth (chara is considered to be their most important defenceman and he's not havin a good year)
go fuck yourself.
