It's a piercing where you get an extra hole on the top part of the head of the penis. It was done so Prince Albert could have his junk off to the side so it didn't get in the way. I would imagine it was pretty painful, especially if it got infected.

i know a couple of guys that have their frenums done. one of which is an asshole, and a user, and a jerk. you get where i'm going. and what a surprise, he has both his nipples done too. :mad: sorry, just venting out some anger.

castration, male circumsision, and that is just the start the list goes on and on. They really shouldnt show pictures of this stuff b/c the faint of heart may die. After seeing the problems pictures as well I am never going to get a piercing.
