we are the brand new beatniks. we are the down and outers.
we are the bleeding hearts, beating syncopated, broken rhythm.
our speed is often break neck. we need to slow it down.
tired of being sleepless. tired of being broken.

This was me about age 2. My hair's not blonde anymore - it darkened to golden brown between preschool and kindergarten.

Blonde hair is overrated Emily. Anything different than blonde is hot to me. Too many people have to have some sort of blonde in their hair and it makes me sick.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

But my eyes look nice, don't they? :( My hair is naturally dark blonde... got really light over the summer from practicing 3 hours a day for tennis... I am thinking about going red... not primary color red... natural medium red..

don't dye your hair red. it will fade to orange. that's what happened to my hair.

if I did, it would be the second time, but last time i dont think it did. maybe it affected your hair differently cuz yours is darker? i dunno. i think i just dyed it to medium brown when i got bored of red.

Mine didn't...
but I dyed it with Loreal or whatever... it looked good. When it came out, it faded, but it just faded to my original hair color with a reddish tint to my original haircolor.
