I don't start sobbing when I hear these songs but good emotional ones for me are:
Good Charlotte - Emotionless (ask Rob, he'll back me up)
Seven Channels - Breathe
Our Lady Peace - Life, Are You Sad, Innocent
Walkaways - Counting Crows
Oasis - Stop Crying Your Heart Out
Pink - Lonely Girl
Simple Plan - Perfect
The Calling - Could it be any Harder

Not Enough
that song just gets to me when I am stressed. Every time it brings a tear to my eye.

I just remembered one: Sarah McLachlan-I will remember you -it was sung at graduation for a friend who died of cancer so whenever i hear it it reminds me of that
