You should have gotten a little card with the cd with a number on it. Insert the cd when you enter the site, and enter the number on the card.

I'm not sure. The cd im guessing. My bro picked the cd up for me so i wouldnt know

It should say "register" as well. That would mean registering a name and password. Also, the card came inside the cd case. Mine just fell out.
