The possibility of OLP coming back to Detroit was just announced on Rich & Shelley's, so it sounds probable to me.
Pretty cool, pretty great.

				yeah.

Fuck school. OLP is much more important to me. I wouldn't miss a Detroit concert for anything.
I just really hope it's on the 18th....I don't have class on Wednesdays. But if it's on a Tuesday...I guess I'll have to skip school.

COBO??? Say it isn't so :| Going from the Hard Hat in Toledo to Cobo ... man, that would seriously suck to get Tier B or C seats. I don't know how OLP could play there though, bands like Incubus are playing there lately, and i KNOW OLP isn't as big as Incubus here. Oh well .. I'll be hoping for State Theatre ...
Oh and *clumsyrific* I got DC tickets for the State Theatre! woo! Well actually my mom surprised me and bought them for me! Very excited am I

Pontiac, Birmingham, Sarnia, Toledo, and now Detroit will be the concerts I've seen them at, this summer.
This will actually be their first time in Detroit proper, I think. Pontiac and Birmingham are both in an entirely different county, right?

^ You're right. The other two cities are in Oakland County. But let me tell you, you don't get more Detroit than Cobo and St. Andrew's Hall...And Mike told me they will be at Cobo, but he kept slapping my hand and hugging me when he told me, so he may have been drunk. But it will probably be moved to State Theater, because when Marylin Manson was huge, he could sell half of Cobo, so OLP playing there as the headliner probably won't happen.

Don't worry, you'll know if tickets go on sale. How would I not post something like that on this board? Come on.

The show has been confirmed for September 18 at the State Theater. Tickets go on sale Saturday. There's floor and balcony tickets, make sure to get floor so you can get up close to OLP. I have no clue how much it is, but I know I heard the advertisement on 89X. We should all meet up at the show. We all know I will be in the front of the line, because I plan on skipping school for this.
