Hey all!!

This is what I know so far about the Juno's that are coming up in Halifax on April 2nd, 2006!!

Tickets go on sale February 18th, at 10 am Atlantic Standard Time. Ummm rumours are going around that Coldplay is supposed to play!!! Also, I'm hoping that OLP play too!!!

Award shows are teh suck.

i was totally surprised when i found out a while ago that COLDPLAY of all bands will be playing.. since when do international bands to the junos?

Why the crap are coldplay playing?

Shaggy played at the Juno's when they were in St. John's a couple of years ago. It was strange and out of place.

Award shows are pointless, in my humble opinion.

Going to them is fun. Its like what you see on television doesn't even come close. Mainly when it comes to preformances.

I have a feelling they will play again.. Here is why

most of the band/crew live out in Eastern Canada
it is good timing cause they aren't in the middle of a major tour
possible be nominated for awards
can promote A/L/S

I said I had a feeling they would play again.. Won't announce acts till mid fe. I know tickets go on sale this sat. Always do.

Good luck. last time it sold out so fast. I managed to get a ticket on yahoo groups from a fan( I don't remember what act she was a fan of) so I lucked out..

I never knew that most of the band/crew for OLP lived out Eastern Canada ...by Eastern Canada I'm referring to the maritimes.

And yes, if OLP play that would ROCK!!! That would make me day!!!

junos, eh? didn't halifax have the junos a few years back as well? too bad i'll be studying for approaching finals this year. who knows though, if i can get someone to go with me, i might just head down there...
