				HELP ME SMART PEOPLE!!
Ever since the new harddrive was installed.......my computer speakers don't have nearly the output that they used to have.
If you asked me if I connected them correctly.......I'd have to say "I'm not sure" because I haven't fucked with them at ALL since the initial install.

in the volume controles (double click on the speaker thing in taskbar tray) and put every thing to max except the master volume, that should do it.

Is there any way to delete Windows Messenger? It keeps randomly signing in and fucking up my MSN Messenger. It's annoying as hell.
It's not on the Add/Remove programs list or the Add/Remove Windows Components either!

Windows Messenger comes with your computer (on XP anyways..) and you can only get display pictures and the like on MSN Messenger.
Unless I've been misinformed..

Alright folks, I recently down loaded the video bootleg of OLPs ACC show in January 2000.
The first four videos work but when I start to play Potato Girl, thats where I encounter troubles. When I play it, all I hear is the audio and I can see the video buts it freezes up for a few seconds, then it plays right.
what up with that?

It's probably just a glitch in the video not your software.

Yeah, okay, I had the same problem a while ago, too.
There are kinda 2 things you can do... One is to simply disable it, which I really, really recommend. The other is to actually go into the registry and delete it... but that will probly fuck up your computer somehow, and, well, shit will probly keep happening.
What I did was...
Close everything that was running
(like MSN, Windows Messenger, Outlook Express, etc...) --> Start --> Run --> put
RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection%windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove in the 'Open:' box --> click OK
...and the problem was solved for me.

Ok Harry is just going to the shitter lately

He's being all slow and pop ups come up even though I have a pop up blocker...that google tool bar one. My Norton is about to expire, I have an older computer (there is plenty of room on the drives though), I have Ad-Aware, and I'm thinking I might want to compress it or fragment it or whatever the hell that's called. And once in a while it will say that my virtual memory is running low. WTF does that mean?
So I need to get Ad-Aware off...then I should get what? Then I need a new anti virus software...Norton again? Then I need to do that compresssion thing. Anyone has a recommendation on what to use and what order to do this stuff in?
