I've never been able to purposely get it into safe mode either, it sometimes does it by itself though.

Rusty, you need an antivirus program. Spyware removers alone don't fix everything. If what you have is a virus, they won't touch it.
And the part about having to re-log into the CM is probably because your spyware program deleted all your cookies when you updated it then ran it.

Hmm... sometimes Norton doesn't catch everything, even if it is a virus... try going to
Panda ActiveScan and scanning your computer there.
If that doesn't catch anything either, try downloading a program called "Bazooka", which doesn't get rid of anything, but it will tell you any spyware and such that's on your computer, and a lot of times will tell you how to remove it manually. So far, it's caught everything that nothing else has found on my computer.

				Thank you.
I think I'm just using more and more and more space for anti spyware, anti adware, anti virus. It's so ridiculious. I don't even want to look at my computer sometimes.

i'm thinking my computer has a virus that i can't track i'm gonna try and use that link nikki gave me but if all fails i'll be gone for a while, like windows media player has been deleted somehow, like its gone i can't get it anymore, like the program is gone or corrupted if you don't see me you know why, not that i'll be too missed but yes anyway wish me luck and if it doesn't work good bye everyone
