What's with the dinky sets the boys have been playing so far?
I really hope the set in Philly is longer than 11 songs or I'm gonna feel gipped after driving three hours with my friends from Penn State.

speaking of longer sets did any of you read the recent interview with Raine in chart? He said something like We did the 45 minute thing with Van Halen etc. We are a band that justics can'tb e done so we like to play 2 hour sets.
When was the last time any of us saw OLP play two hours?..
found it. Form the Chart article ( not the sept issue, opne from on line I posted)
With the album now out, Maida and OLP have already had some interesting opportunities. They opened for The Stones to a huge crowd in Ottawa, but being the warm-up definitely ain't where it's at.
"An opening slot is regulated to 40, 45 minutes and for us at this point of our career it’s impossible to show what this band has got in 45 minutes," Maida says. "We did, like, 55 shows with Van Halen on our first record, we did Page And Plant, we’ve played with The Ramones... everybody! It feels like we’ve done all those things and really, at the end of the day, there’s nothing like being able to do our own show and play for two hours."

Yeah, I noticed that too, Gail. I think I even quoted it on the hub in anger.

I miss all the fun from not being able to go on the HUB.. I would of loved to seen mad Nikki..

We should go up to Raine I want my 2 hour set buddy. Where the Hell is it/ and while we are at it play these songs.
you know what i was thinking the other day. Duncan told us they are doing dome older songs. Maybe Hope.. I think that would be awesome to hear with some keys/paino.. then I got to thinking. Now that Steve is playing Keys how about the piano version of Julia. That would be really incredible to watch.. I would miss Jeremy's drums a bit, but to see that done like that would be incredible. I say we start a petition to get these songs done...

You're a little late, Rob. She came on for a few days in a row, then disappeared again.
Also... Julia piano would be...

I was probably just going to drive over straight from work. I get off at 5, and it'll probably take me like 45 min. to get there with traffic, so I'll be there around 5:45? Doors open at 6 right? Damn, I wish I could get there earlier. I want a good spot!
I've got willcall tickets because I got mine through the presale and that's all it offered me. That better not hold me up! I want front row. I'm so greedy
