In other news, remember a while ago when I said I was joining the gym again?

Well, a while ago I said I was joining the gym again.
Now you're up to date.
So, I'm starting to see some results finally. I've lost 5 pounds and gained some muscle tone. Still not even close to being back to the shape I was in this time last year, but it's a step in the right direction, that's for sure.

No. The smiley comes in, and he hugs it whilst kissing it and then it goes away. It looks horizontal cause its coming in.
