On a side note Franz Ferdinand was recently given the title "savior or rock" by some magazine I forget the name of. I think thats like... the 3rd band to be given that title this year.

Oh man, funniest thing I've ever seen on SNL. Me and Monkey laughed for a good 15 minutes... and to think, I almost changed the channel to escape her.

I don't know if they'll have enough footage to cover a half hour just of Chad Kreuger... unless he shows them around the trailor park as well.

bright eyes' 2 singles "Lua" and "Take It Easy (Love Nothing)" are the #1 and #2 spots on next weeks Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. He is taking the top spot from Usher and Alicia Keys' "My Boo".
it's also the first time an artist has held the #1 and #2 spots on this chart.
so ... uhh, that's kinda weird.

I wasn't even aware Bright Eyes had hit the mainstream.
Shows how much attention I've been paying to pop culture lately.

see it is good but its not a big deal the reason is that its the singles sold...not based on airplay or anything similar. Name another artist who has recently released US singles...exactly. So its only natural that someones first new material in over years is going to sell well. But it is still quite the accomplishment

I am pretty at least a couple songs will get butchered, but I'll probably buy it to see what it sounds like.... but I have a lot opinions about since i have been a cc fan since like the 4th grade, but i am not gonna ramble.
