i downloaded spybot, because my computer is super fucked as well. anyway, when i go to fix problems, it just feezes.

Hmm... Well, I checked the Spybot forums, and they're apparently working on that problem. They're having people post their logs (a record of what happened in the program) so they can try to fix it.
