you know it maybe one of those things were you have to pik it up at the box offie day of show..
If I remember I will try to ask the band what this is. I see them on Wednesday or maybe someone going to Detroit can ask them tonight.
That is odd though.

they better not be $2.00 cause its gonna be impossible to get tix....like mod club
i hope it's like $40 so at least i get a chance to get a ticket
i hope tickets are more expensive too. there were lots of people at the mod club who barely knew who olp were. they were probably just there cause they knew one song and the show was cheap. if the show was more expensive, it would discourage people like that.

not really..If someone is a OLP diehard they willl pay what ever it takes to get into a show.. I understand where you are coming from.. only thing is if through TM. YOu will end up paying more in service charges then the actually ticket.. Worse yet scalpers will sell them for at least $50+ for the ticket when it probably only cost them $5-$7 the most..

That happens here all the the time with really cheap shows or free shows ( the only way to get in is through radiowin)
Just red again what you wrote. That people at MOD only knew one song.. LOL.. I remember when Finger11 played a show here and people only knew the one song ( oddly enough called ONE THING) and were acting liek they were fans for years.
Lori too bad you couldn't come down to NYC. Webster isn't sold out..

well since there isn't anythign concrete yet keep your chins up.. Think positve.. I do. I never give up till I used up all my resources. I have been lucky though( not just with OLP,but all shows).. th eonly show I couldn;t get into was Oasis years ago. . Don't ask. Those F'ers were trying to selltickets for 3 times th amount when they band was all ready on stag.e Usually here once the headline is on stage you can get scalp tickes for dirt cheap. They just want to make any kind of money then take the lost..

Well I was being NICE..

you know what sucks? I just remeberd this and since this is OLP relateed I will share with you. What sucks is when the money from ticket is for charity or something along that line and they scalp it. I just remembered years ago when I went to the Music Without Borders show in 2001. those tickets were $20.. The person I was with and I happen to see Raine and Chantal going in. I remember Chantal telling us how pissed she was that there were guys sellig the tickets for a few hundred..

i believe it. I told you they do it for free shows..
But on one hand that is their business. We may not like it or agree with it, but as long as there are people willing to shell out money they will be around.. Scalping along with Autograph selling is big business.
If you went on ebay, craigslist or even stubhub you would passout for what they wanted for u2, stones, maccartney, springsten etc. It is extremely out of control.. What is eeven sadder is in California and now in New York you can resell a ticket for whatever you damn well please. Whtever faremarket value is.
