you have to stop crying :( once i cried all day (literally) and I thought I was going to have a stroke because my head hurt SO much, i couldn't open my eyes it hurt so much :(

I had a panic attack myself last night.

I was just trying to fall asleep and thinking about school, when my heart just started going off like a jackhammer and I felt liked I'd been dunked in icey water. :freak:

At least, I think that's what a panic attack is. :Johnathan:
