My card's run out of space, so I can't bounce the tracks together!

My card's run out of space, so I can't bounce the tracks together!
Okay, I've got the tracks on my computer.
Now, I just need a program with which I can mix two tracks, and move one around (one track is from the solo to the end, so most programs (which just mix all tracks from 00:00).
