Who won?

Who won the last debate? Kerry or Bush? I'd say the answer is pretty damn obvious, despite the comments several anchors made. One person kept repeating the same weak comment with a splash of 'hard work" and strange faces. Another brought up distinct arguments and points.

If i hear 'mixed messages' again i might puke. Did anyone else notice the irony when he tried to breakit out for around the 50th time and he slipped up and said Mexed-missages. is that irony or what?

Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.Kerry.
Bush even looked like a complete dumbass. When he opened his mouth, we knew it was true.

The poland comment sounded stupid without Jon Steward. Bush didn't really seem very confidance. He kept pausing for a long time, and making redundant statements that had nothing to do with the question. It was annoying.

Bush was ahead in the polls before the debate, anyone know of any change?

According to the last pole I read, they are in a dead heat at 49% each.

I have to agree Kerry definately won the debate. He was eloquent, succinct, and well prepared, whereas Bush was not. I thought you could really tell that Bush has been quite isolated from direct critisism by his people, hey seemed pissed off that someone dare defy him and his views. He was too busy pushing message over substance, which he's gotten away with the past four years. He's too obsessed with intangible terms like "spreading liberty" that don't really have any real meaning. It really confuses me how people can't see how he manipulates them onto his side, using fear and division.

I loved the headline on Fark.com:

"Latest poll shows 49 percent for Bush, 49 percent for Kerry. In other news, 49 percent of U.S. voters are morons."

 That Daily Show clip was hilarious.

Kerry crushed Bush in the debate, that's all there is to it. :P

Oh, and it's not 49% for each anymore, Kerry's leading by a few percent.

With no bias towards any party. I'd say Cheney smacked Edwards in the VP debate.
