Which one is better and why?
I'll be getting one soon but I can't decide between the two.

PS2. It has a lot more exclusive games.

I've played them both and I'm leaning towards the PS2 ..
I'm not sure but I don't think X Box has Tony Hawk ..

and I love that game

XBox has amazing graphics, but the PS2 has a much better game selection, including most games available on XBox, plus a shitload of exclusives.

Therefore, don't be a graphics whore, and go with PS2.

PS2 has Tony Hawk. Sony players were kickflipping and grinding with Tony long before XBox.

ps2 + streetfighter + Final Fantasy = win.

plus they might have megaman. i'm not sure, but megaman's one of the greatest console games ever.

me, i'm stuck with game cube. best controller of all time, but hella shitty game selection and just about everything else.

However the Xbox does have Halo 2... and will have Doom 3.. and Half Life 2.. so if your into first person shooters go with the Box.

no way, ps3 will be like $600 when it comes out .. by the time I can afford it another version will be coming out anyway .. i'll be happy with a ps2 .. hell, i want a nintendo 64 to be honest but they don't make them anymore

heh, I got my PS2 the day it came out.....

spent $800 that day....

Tis a shame that that system broke down a year and half later....
