Although I can't stand Courtney Love, I must admit that I am a Hole fan. I heard a few live recordings and they were really the worst (mostly due to her voice) but the studio stuff is really quite good. I don't like Love's solo album though (at least the few songs I've heard from it).

yay!! i lovesssssssss hole so much 
theys rather good......celebrity skin is a bit of a piss poor album though, live through this, ask for it and my body the hand grenede are the only labums worth getting i thinks.......i guess courtney is a bitch queen, but i like her music, her solo album is poor though, i thinks kurts influence on her music was the best

I loved Courtney's stuff with HOLE-but her solo stuff is aweful.
then again it was rumoured that Kurt wrote the stuff for Live Through This and Billy Corgon wrote the stuff for Celebrity Skin.
I will always remember when my friend and I saw Hole years ago. We were singing at the top of lungs Violet. I love that song. Actually Live Through This is one of my favorite CD's.
Courtney just played here. Couldn't get tickets. Just as well. Iheard mix views of the show and she didn't come on till after midnight.
When I went to school in Olympia-We look the same we even F*CK the same

I used to love Hole about 10 years ago, though I haven't heard much of the recent stuff.
I saw them play at the Reading festival in '95 and they were pretty good in spite of Courtney's amusing drunkenness.

hey... i like her solo stuff.
i think it helps if you're into the riot grrrl thing, though. even though she was an opportunistic crappy riot grrrl who got kicked out of bands cuz she sucked...
and why is the shaking head emoticon "neutral"? doesn't seem very neutral to me...

You shouldnt be ashamed of liking Hole....wait a minute, Courtney Love "sings", ok yes you should. I hate her, i cannot stand her, she is the worst "celebrity". She talks, walks, acts, and probably thinks like a dirty prostitute.

say what you will about Courntey Love, but I loved HOLE.
I came this close to going to Courtney's solo show a few weeks back. From the songs I heard( except Mono) I don't like her *SOLO* CD.** Live Through This** is one of my favorite CD's. I listen to that alot.
I don't like all the personal crap dealing with Courtney, but as far as her music goes. She did some awesome songs with HOLE> Yeah she isn't a real good singer, but those shows were alot of fun.
the only problem. We wish she did PETALS live.
