i am still getting emails for topic reply notification...

even though in my profile i clicked on the box meaning i DIDN'T want to receive them!! is this because if i reply to something i automatically get an email??

Nope. If you clicked the correct one, you shouldn't be getting any reply e-mails...

you might have hit "Watch this topic for replies" on the bottom of the screen.....i know i have done that before.....try going to that thread....i think instead of "watch this topic for replies" it will say "stop watching this topic" or something.....hope that helps!

grr! i checked my profile again, and made sure that the No box was checked. it was. and im pretty sure i didnt hit watch this topic for replies..i am STILL getting emails its pissing me off! its so

Which thread are the e-mails for? Check that "watch for replies" thing in that (or those) thread(s).

maybe you're getting emails for threads you posted in before you checked the other box

well i seem to get them for every thread i look at, and in all of them i always click"stop watching this topic" when i get the email

Yeah, underneath the message box it says "Notify me when a reply is posted"...You have to make sure that's not checked off..
