who the hell cares what your going to celebrate or not, the fact is the Iraqi peoples are celebrating the arrival of their "invaders". do you not see that it's obvious now that they want sadamn out?

the Iraqi people, who are finally being freed from a harsh, cruel dictator.
Geez, would you rather have had the coalition not invade, and Iraq nuke you?
Besides, it's pretty obvoius by the people cheering, and ripping down Saddam's statue that they are happy to have the help from us.
Give the good guys a bit of support.

I can't believe the troops put up an American flag. AGAIN. How retarded can you fucking be?
I was watching the news earlier and as someone said - there's pretty much a mixed reaction. Some people are like going up to the soldiers and kissing them, but at the same time, some are worried now that the Americans are going to be governing them.

They're not getting US, they're getting a government that will be ruled by their people, for their people.

then who is going to oust sadamn? the people who last tried got found and killed after gulf war 1. the same reaction we got in bagdad is the same we got in Umm Quasar, and other cities. they don't want the US yet wave US flags and pictures of the US flag? does that make sense? then we have Iraqi leaders that fled Iraq going back in to set up some form of government, i'm sure the fact that Iraqi's want a government system is eating at you.

Well The U.S may be occupying Baghdad, but they do not have cruel intention in mind. Besides I thought being Freed from a Cruel Dictator is a cause for celorbration.
You remind me of a protester

of course it is. i hate governments. all of them. i won't lie to you, the level of ignorance and sheep like quality of the greater populous of earth does eat at me.
in fact it keeps me up at night some times.
if you want to go on with your rose coloured glasses, thinking that every man woman & child in iraq is sooooo happy that this war was fought, well, fine. that only further proves my point about americans, and how happy they are to only believe the one side of the story that they like the best.
i am not denying that some iraqi's really believe that they are "free" now and that you're a good country and you've saved their ass. i'm just asking you to try to see the other side of the story.

John, how do you know what the us has in mind? did GWB personally phone you up & tell you?
even if he did, why do you believe him?
i have no idea what they've got planned. i won't even speculate. i just don't think it's that good. i guess now we wait and see.
