Think of it like this: She is the mother of someone. If your mother just died, how would you feel about people making fun of her after she had just died? Regardless of her outlandish public celebrity life, she does deserve a bit of respect in her death, or at least her family does.

Totally, luckily that's not her. Or not how she actually died. I still say she was depressed over the loss of her son... I guess in her will she left everything to him, but since he died too... it's going to her baby girl.

It's sad, I mean, as much of a media circus she made of herself, she was still a person and she had been through quite the tragedy recently. She was definitely too young to die. Still haven't heard what the cause of death was, although I subscribe to the conspiracy theory that Howard did it

I know it's not her, it just sucks that people feel the need to crack jokes about these things.

She was a psycho and laughed at by the media for various justified reasons, but at least she had good boobs!

That comment wasn't supposed to be funny either, death isn't something to make jokes about. I was just mentioning her strong points. Which isn't something someone would generally want to be remembered for... unless you are a pinup model like her maybe... who knows.

I honestly thought that Anna Nicole was looking completely gorgeous......shortly before her death.

I saw a couple of photos of her, and Dannielynn, and Anna looked gorgeous.

It is sad. I just hope this was not a pre-meditated thing done by somebody else.

Judge Seidlin gave his verdict today; you all up to speed?

He awarded custody of her body; to her daughter. Apparently Stern and Birkhead both agreed that she should be buried next to Daniel. I'm glad they reached an agreement.

This doesn't mean anything, though. Smith's mother is already filing an appeal. It's sad.

Wonder how long it'll be....before Seidlin gets his own court TV show?

I'm getting really frustrated that she's being dragged through the entertainment news every single day. I mean, I know she had public life but really, let her be.

We only wish the media would just.....let somebody, be.


I do have to say; Birkhead's lawyers were a bunch of prizes. Trying to tell the judge how to do his freaking job.
