So there's going to be a concert in toronto, with details announced tomorrow. Rumoured bands include The Rolling Stones, the Barenaked Ladies, Billy Talent and Our Lady Peace!!

I am NOT missing this. I missed sars-stock, but there's noooo way i'm doing that again.
If olp is playing, i'm so friggin excited, i feel like i haven't seen them in forever...

may I also mention Jann Arden may appear!

supposedly it was moved to molson park in barrie. grrr, a 15 mintue drive to downsview park has now turned into a drive that will be over an hour to barrie.

But Downsview is all scary and abandoned!

It's better than making people go to Barrie! The only way you can get there is by driving.

You know that they'll charge like ten bucks for a bottle of water...unless that law they passed has kicked in now.

It's odd they're not having it at a like... not historical... but... I guess "touristy" would be the correct term... place. All of the others (already announced) are. Lookie:

i don't think there are any "touristy" places that would be big enough in toronto.

it's not scary. and it's not abandoned. drive by and there are thousands of ford cars( (i think it's ford) parked there.

i'm not sure if it's fords. i just guessed. but some car company has downsview park rented out to store their cars.

as for the location
they originally wanted to do it on parliment hill in ottawa but the govt didnt want for security concerns
and grass concerns
