i'm a semi-vegatarian. sometimes i eat corn with my steak.

i love roasted chicken SALADs as well. and club salads/cobb salads/chef salads/whatever they are as long as they have eggs & bacon & ham & cheese in 'em.

i like peas. and beans. and i don't drink milk. hardly ever.

in discussions like this, i always quote my hero, the Nuge. "The Cuter the critter, the sweeter the meat" and his world famous adage "Meat is food".

i hate those peta people, because they hate me. and all of you. they hate humans, it's a fact, their director said it. they've got to be the least rational activists in the world.

I hate humans too .. a lot ..

PETA has done a lot in their efforts to save animals .. though I agree some of their efforts and ways of doing it are a bit extreme but it works. They made McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King .. the 3 biggest hamburger joints all agree to a whack of stuff .. they weren't trying to get them to stop selling meat, but to simply buy their meat off of reputable people .. the people who do it in a more humane way.

Course they got McDonald's to agree by distributing "Unhappy meals" that had little farm animal toys all bloody with body parts and heads missing .. personally I found that funny .. but I'm sure it traumatized a child or two heh.

I love those PETA people .. I'd honestly love to participate in one of their demonstrations but they don't have an office in Canada

what you want to eat is up to you - there's nothing moral about supper.

as for PETA, most of the things they say i find even funnier then the shit Nugent says.

When it comes to morals .. people have morals about what goes in/on their bodies

PETA may say funny things .. but at least they're doing some good in this world, which is more then most people can say

it is, in fact, not a matter of opinion.

you can hate humans all you want, but i think if that's the basis for your beliefs then you will not accomplish anything that even resembles rational for as long as you hold the concept of self-loathing close to your heart.

and, as a human, i take offense to that.

if you want to be self-loathing nihlists, go ahead, but be prepared for the champion of human rights (me) to challenge you everytime you open your mouths on this board to post something that even halfway resembles a thought.

People are raised differently and think differently .. what's rational or irrational to you, may not be the case for someone else. One person doesn't determine what's rational or irrational for everyone else. I don't hate myself .. but I have very strong reasons for why I hate society and the majority of the human race. You're over reacting quite a bit .. and if you want to take offense to something that wasn't meant to be offensive in any way, that's fine. It's not necessary to attack me for an opinion that is very justifiable in my opinion, plus I'm not alone in this opinion either.

ahem. the term "rational" is not a subjective term, up for definition according to your perspective. you can't say "what's rational to you may not be to me" because that right there is a freakin' contradiction, and we all know the logical rule that applies to contradictions:

there are no contradictions.

rational is an object term and philosophical idea mean to encompass a set of beliefs. it is not something that is open to debate.

if you're not up to sharing whatever justification you have for this irrational and emotional hate of your own species, fine. i don't even need to know what it is to tell you that it's irrational.

i don't care how many people have the same opinion as you, they're all irrational. note that i am respecting your opinion by not declaring it either right or wrong. i'm just saying that it's irrational, which is true, if you go by the conventional and accepted definition of the word.

i reccommend you observe the thread entitled "if this is what you want your future to be like" in the welcome to this world forum. you'd learn alot about what is and isn't rational.
