you sensetive guy, women love sensitivity, but if they see a guy cry they're like "suck it up... PUSSY!"

i normally don't make resolutions .. but this is the first year i'm attempting one ..
mine is to go full out vegan .. i'm half way there, but cheese has been hard to give up .. so i'm officially cutting out all products with any animal ingredients and all products made by companies that test .. which is easy i've already done that .. farewell cheese.

How healthy is being a vegan though? I've thought about doing stuff like that, but I just can't because it just doesn't seem healthy.

it's been statistically proven vegans/vegetarians are healthier .. and live longer .. why would eating all natural foods be considered unhealthy?

Because then you really couldn't have a diversified diet. I have heard some celebrities talk about it... Julia Stiles on Conan... who said that it made her look gaunt and yellow tinted.

trust me, my diet is diversified .. just because i don't eat animals doesn't mean i'm going to walk around looking sickly .. if i am, it's because i'm obviously not eating the right foods and ensuring i'm getting the proper nutrients .. the past year i've been veggie has been my healthiest year .. no colds, not sick once the entire year, and my headaches i used to get nearly everyday have also dwindled .. i can go on .. but there's already a thread about this further on .. no need to spam.

Mmmmmeat.

how is meat not a natural food?
and if i ate nothing but rice i would still be eating "all natural food" but it wouldn't be HEALTHY
i know you balance your diet well but watch your logic

being vegan/vegetarian is healthy IF you eat healthy foods. I mean, if you consider yourself a vegetarian and eat tons of pasta and cheese and bread and hardly eat any vegetables or tofu or anything like that, i would say that you would be eating healthier if you were eating meat.
but it sounds like joey eats good food so yeah i would definitely think it is healthier for you
