It depends on my mood during the summer, some days I am really lazy and I sit around all day and eat, other days I will go biking and do all kinds of different things. But during school I play rugby, volleyball, baseball and I also do Karate so I stay in shape.

i don't really like eating, there's too many things i don't like so i don't eat too much. I go to the gym a lot cause i like to exercise but i really don't need too, i use it as more of a stress reliever.

I get some exercise, and staying physically in shape is important, but that doesnt mean you have to not eat.

lately i've been going to the gym in the mornings with my friend, just to get firmer, not necessarily to bulk up or anything, and cause i think everyone should have some sort of exercise at all times, if for no other reason than to energize themselves.
that sounds weird coming from me, an avid hater of gym class.

when i go to the gym i basically use one bike the whole time and think about stuff or talk to my friend who i go with sometimes.

i'm 20 and i lift weights, roller blade and eat mostly salads these days, or the subway diet.
and i still don't look like adonis. but i'm getting there. and to those of you who say i'm not living, well, i am living. the whole reason i started exercising is because being so out of shape and overweight was INHIBITING my ability to live, not increasing it.

I realized today that I hate salad ... then I wondered why the hell I eat it all the time if I hate it so much. Then I realized that it is because I feel fat. blugh ... I want a damn veggie burger.
